the knot shinjuku is super clean and close to the on 3pm check in - not earlier. the staff helped us book a bus to the airport when our flights got rescheduled. there's a family mart and good restaurants nearby.

    Can't recommend highly enough.

The grill on the second floor is a place where time flows at a leisurely pace that pays homage to a lesser-known side of Shinjuku. I had the most delightful experience indulging in the grilled Toman Beef, which was wagyu-like and sustainably bred by farmers in Kyushu. The ambiance and the flavors were so exquisite that it felt like a culinary time-travel adventure.

    Clinical ambience at times.

Had a blast with my mates staying at this hotel while exploring Shinjuku and Harajuku. Literally had a sweat-fest dancing the night away at a couple of iconic nightclubs! And, the bakery here is to die for - their pastries and coffee were the ultimate cure for our hangovers!

I would have loved it even more if there was a rooftop bar or a late-night hangout spot within the hotel itself where we could keep the party vibes going after a night of exploring Tokyo.

I recently stayed at The Knot in Shinjuku for a short trip and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's entrance and 1st floor front arrangement were really cool, with a stress-free IT system for entering the room. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food, including specially roasted Spanish grilled meat, bread, tea, and salad. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and the option to rent bicycles added to the fun for foreign guests.

    Totally recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic time at the vibrant coffee shop and bistro in the lobby - "The Hub". The warm and comforting ambiance, coupled with the delectable pastries and aromatic coffee, made it our go-to spot for unwinding and planning our day! The lively and cozy atmosphere was a delightful start to our family's day in Tokyo.

My wife says that clearer signage for family-friendly amenities would have been helpful.

The room was so cozy and had a calming ambiance with its minimalist decor. As a vegan, I appreciated the eco-friendly touches and the abundance of natural light.

The room was a bit small for my liking, but some may find it charming.

Great hotel shuttle to Shinjuku station; friendly and helpful staff; modern, comfortable, and very clean accommodations; incredible bakery with yummy bread and cakes; hot milk tea; comfortable bed; lovely bathroom with great products; good location, about a 15-minute walk to Shinjuku station.

Felt like in a fairy, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel has a funky vibe and a lovely bakery. The room was small but comfortable. The location was great, and I loved being able to open the window for fresh air.

Oh, and by the way, the bakery only gave me one complimentary tea. How generous of them.

I chose this hotel because I wanted to try the bakery and cafe inside, and I must say, I was very satisfied! The breakfast options at the bakery were delicious and fresh, and the cafe had great lunch options as well. The staff was excellent, providing quick and easy check-in and check-out, and they even allowed us to store our luggage temporarily. The room may have been small, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a fantastic experience at Knot Tokyo Shinjuku.

Nothing, all aspects of my stay were excellent.

The room size was smaller than expected, but it was clean and modern. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to Shinjuku and close to corner stores. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room lacked storage options, with minimal hangers and no drawers for clothing. Late checkout was not available, which was a downside.

The Knot Tokyo Shinjuku was a great find for my stay in the bustling Shinjuku area. the hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood west of the Shinjuku station was perfect for me - away from the crowded areas but with closer stations nearby for easy access to the city. Additionally, being right across from a beautiful park added to the peaceful ambiance of the hotel. Secondly, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the prime location. I found the hotel to offer great value for money. Lastly, I appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms with single beds. The bed extending into the hallway was a unique touch that added character to the room.

All was alright during my stay at this hotel.

We had a fantastic experience at The Knot in Tokyo. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Shinjuku, but still within walking distance of the bustling city center. The rooms were comfortable and modern, with the added bonus of windows that could be opened. We also loved the convenience of bike rental and the delicious on-site bakery. our whole experience of Knot Tokyo Shinjuku was fabulous. Highly recommended!

    Can't fault anything about it.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience as a solo female traveler. The location was not ideal as it was far away from Shinjuku station, but it was pretty close to a smaller subway station that I could take to connect anywhere in Tokyo. Additionally, the hotel was closed to train stations and restaurants which made it very convenient to get around and try new food. The room was small, but it had everything I needed and was kept very clean by the friendly staff. The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold food. The hotel also had a bakery with delicious freshly baked treats.

The lobby and common areas, although funky and cool, were often crowded and loud.
